An eastern Mediterranean bulghur wheat dish with sun dried tomatoes almonds, mint and parsley.
Bolognese and Parmesn't
A rich soy bolognaise sauce with wheat linguini and a sachet of nut based vegan parmesan.
Katsu Cashew
A delicious Japanese inspired rice dish with a mild coconut Katsu sauce & a handful of cashews

Ingredients, Preparation and Nutrition

Coconut and Mango Porridge
Oats (OATS), coconut milk powder (tapioca lecithin), chopped mango (mango, sulphur dioxide), dried mango powder, sugar.
Bring contents to the boil in 250ml water and simmer for 1 minute.
Or add 250ml boiling water to the packet stir and rest for 5 minutes.
Or for cold soak, add 250ml water vigorously stir, reseal to soak overnight.

Cous Cous (WHEAT), sunflower seeds, raisins, sultanas, dates, apricots, apples, onion, pistachio (TREENUTS), tomato, garlic, herbs, spices, salt.
Bring to the boil in 250ml of water and rest for 5 minutes.
Or, pour 250ml boiling water into pouch, stir and rest for 10 minutes.
Or, cold soak in 250ml water for between 1 and 3 hours.
Add more water if required.

Or, pour 300ml boiling water into pouch, stir and rest for 10 minutes.
Add more water if required.
